Independent Corporate Access Ltd is the first global TMT Consultancy, focused on bring Corporates and Investors together through a variety of innovative forums, formed from a real demand to meet with each other. We were established in December 2011 and aim to bring a new, refreshing and high quality approach to Corporate Access for UK, US, European and Asian Corporates and Investors.
We are a new platform that aims to grow this offering by working with like-minded independent business, which aim to deliver high quality, innovative and excellence in service levels, to both sides of the equation, be it Corporates or Investors.
CORPORATES: Our business offering to Corporate Managements and IROs are based on these following key pillars:
EQUITABLE STRUCTURE -
A flat payment mechanism, where all investors pay the same for the meeting transaction, via trading, again re-enforces our unbiased stance. The transparency of payment around our business model, separates us from other Corporate Access intermediaries who bias their advice around key clients that pay them more commissions.

Qualitative, informed advice and intelligence about an Investor Access opportunity, with excellence in information, advice and servicing throughout this experience.

Our objectives are your objectives. We have no preference to service a particular Investor clients and look to facilitate opportunities across a broader remit of investors, than you would attain with other parties.

Our experience goes back over 10 years with these companies, having advised and worked with hundreds of managements whilst working at Morgan Stanley and organising the TMT Conference, Barcelona. The list is strongly focused on the leading players in this space, globally.
ICA Ltd is well placed to advise and connect Corporates with Investors in the fast changing world of Media. Our experience is deep, with the team having transacted roadshows and events in the past with: WPP, ITV, BSkyB in UK. Sky.de, KDG.de, Havas, Publicis and Vivendi in Europe. Activision Blizzard, Omnicon and Time Warner in the US.
ICA Ltd has previously interacted and organised Corporate Access opportunities for a wide number of Global Telecom Service players. Some of these have indicated that they would like to undertake further activity in 2012.
